Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24, 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was a former politician, as well a television host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they would not be on the show at the end of May in 2021. They wanted to start their own venture, called Breaking Points. Ball hosts with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has been featured on various network shows, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. Ball is currently married to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball says that her renewed political interest due to her experience being a mother in the 2008 primaries. In addition, she witnessed the US elections for president in 2008 while working in Jordan. She witnessed how it affected the people of that country, and came to appreciate for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st Congressional District for Congress in 2010, but lost to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. From June 2012 through July 2015, she was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee dedicated to Democratic causes) in May of 2017.
