Terrina Chrishell

Terrina Christopherhell Stause [1] was born July 21, 1982. She is best known for her role as Amanda Dillon in All My Children, and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was born at Draffenville in Kentucky. She attended Murray State University, from which she earned her B.A. She started performing in theater in 2003. Her middle name "Chrishell" is a portmanteau word created due to the peculiar circumstances of her birth: her mother went into labor at a Shell station, and an attendant named Chris was able to deliver the baby. In her book, Strause does not deny the gossip surrounding her birth. She also mentioned that her mother suffered from issues with her car, and she stopped at the gas station. As she waited, she entered pre labor and was assisted by the car attendant who helped her get to the hospital. Strause was born in the hospital. Her mother who was half Japanese and half Spanish, split up before she knew she was pregnant. Jeff is her step-son. Chrishell Strause was forced to be in a tent for a year during middle school. Strause shared her memories of hiding her life from her classmates , describing how she washed her hair in the rivers and applying food stamps. When she was 10years old, her parents were struggling with addiction and mental illness. Strause joined the Worldwide Church of God for a period of time. Strause describes her mother as a free spirit and self-righteous. Her mother didn't have any steady employment.
